(1) All the personal data you have communicated to us (title, name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, bank account number, credit card number) will be used and saved exclusively according to the regulations of the German data protection rights.
(2) Your personal data – as far as they are necessary for establishing, for the content or the modification of the contractual relationship (store data) – will be used, apart from the use for handling the contracts concluded between you and the firm, also for the purpose of advertising, of market research or for the demand-actuated presentation of our offers. The use for promotion purposes – mailing a newsletter to you, for instance – needs your explicit consent. This consent is totally optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
(3) Your personal data necessary for accepting our offers and for balancing accounts (used data) are also employed, in the first place, exclusively to deal with the contracts concluded between us. Such data serve to identify you as user and give details about the beginning and end and the amount of the usage and which of the media you have chosen. In the second place, we will use these data for the purpose of advertising, of market research or for the demand-actuated presentation of our media to establish profiles of usage by employing pseudonyms. You have the right and the option to object to this usage of your data immediately (see paragraph 5). By no means will usage profiles be matched with the corresponding data.
(4) We employ cookies to optimize the function of our online shop and for statistics. At times, their run duration is longer than the time of the actual online session. However, in this respect we collect and save data exclusively in anonymous form. The data are not used to identify you personally, i. e. usage profiles will by no means be matched with the corresponding data.
