Directions for Use

Fixing the motif onto a modelled fingernail or toenail:

Put the motif onto the nail before covering it with brilliant gel as follows:

1. Roughen the nail chosen with a file.
2. Apply a layer of gel onto the nail.
3. Place the Solvaig Nail Paintings picture on the nail.
4. Press the picture down into the gel layer with a pair of tweezers.
5. Let the nail harden under ultraviolet light.
6. Then cover the nail and the picture with gel.
7. Finally harden the nail with ultraviolet light.

Fixing the motif onto a natural fingernail or toenail:

1. Apply a layer of sealing or radiant polish onto the nail.
2. Using the polish paintbrush place the image on the wet varnish.
3. With a pair of tweezers press the picture down into the polish layer.
4. Finally apply a second cover of polish onto the nail and picture.
5. For best results it is recommended to use sealing polish.
